Frequently asked questions

How does it work?
Your customer taps their phone on the card and your Google review page opens straight away in their browser. They pick a star rating, write a few words and post.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. Tapping works with iPhone XS and newer, and with most Android phones that have NFC turned on.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. There's no app to download and nothing to search for. The review page opens in their phone's normal web browser.
How is it linked to my business?
When you order, enter your business name and location, and your Google review link if you have it. We find your Google Business Profile, confirm the review page with you by email, and program your card before it's sent, so it's ready to use when it arrives.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. It's a one-time purchase with no subscriptions, no ongoing fees and no limit on how many reviews you collect.
What if it opens the wrong page or my details change?

Do customers need a Google account to leave a review?
Yes, Google requires reviewers to be signed in to a Google account. Most smartphone users already are, so for nearly everyone it's just tap, rate and post.
Can I order for more than one location?
Yes. Each card links to one Google review page. Choose a pack, then list each business name and address in the Notes box, or contact us and we'll set it up for you.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. Packs of 3, 5 and 10 are discounted on this page. For 25 or more, custom branding, or to resell them, apply for a trade account.
